A fishing journal app for logging catches, trips, and the conditions around them, now in beta on iOS and Android. Sole backend engineer: built the API and admin CMS, a Gemini agent that identifies fish species from catch photos, and marine-data pipelines pairing StormGlass conditions (tide, currents, water temperature) with altimetry computed from Copernicus satellite data.

A fitness and wellness platform around workout programs, meal planning and health tracking, serving 130k+ signed-up users. Backend lead: built the admin CMS that composes programs, challenges, meal plans and the app's UI widgets end to end, dual subscriptions bridging App/Play IAP with Shopify + Recharge so web subscribers unlock the app without paying twice, and Gemini-generated shopping lists from meal plans.

A marketplace for collectors and sellers to trade and discover collectibles, delivered as a complete MVP. Sole backend engineer: built the entire API, from listings, search and discovery through the Stripe Connect marketplace payment flow with seller onboarding and payouts.

A B2B marketplace for industrial materials connecting buyers with suppliers, currently at MVP. Solo engineer and de facto product owner: designed and built the entire platform (frontend, backend, admin CMS, cloud hosting), including RFQ and quoting flows, supplier onboarding, and Gemini auto-categorization that matches RFQs to the right suppliers.

A project and job management SaaS with integrated asset management and workflow tracking, in production use and sold commercially. Solo engineer: built the asset management product end to end, with Gemini vision that turns up to three photos of an asset into a full record (brand, model, specs, dimensions, materials and CO2 cost) and Google Maps-backed warehouse locations.
